How to report a concern

To maintain confidentiality and streamline the reporting process, we currently accept reports exclusively through this anonymous web form. We are working on expanding reporting options and will update all stakeholders once additional channels become available.

What happens after you report a concern

Once a concern is received, Canto Systems follows a structured and objective process to address it:

  • Review & Assignment
    Your concern will be reviewed, and a qualified team member—free from conflict of interest—will be tasked with handling the case.
  • Fact-Finding
    The assigned investigator will gather relevant information through documentation, interviews, or other appropriate methods to understand the issue clearly.
  • Resolution
    Based on findings, corrective steps will be recommended and implemented where necessary.
  • Follow-Up
    If appropriate, you may receive feedback on the actions taken in response to the concern you raised.

No Retaliation Policy

Canto Systems guarantees protection against any form of retaliation for individuals who report concerns in good faith. We value and respect your courage to speak up and will not tolerate any form of reprisal or intimidation. If you believe that your concern has not been handled fairly, or if you experience retaliation, you have the right to escalate the matter through external legal or regulatory channels.
